Tyler Siefkes

A communicator, strategist, and coach at heart, Tyler Siefkes brings over 15 years of leadership experience from the Riley County Police Department, where he served as a Dispatch Trainer, Communication Center Manager, and leader of major operational initiatives. Tyler holds a degree in Media and Communications from Kansas State University and has built training programs rooted in emotional intelligence, adult learning theory, and problem-based learning.At Steel Built Athletes, Tyler ensures the systems behind Forged are as strong as the mindset they teach — connecting athletes, schools, and teams with the structure to perform consistently at their best.
