DISC Assessment (only)

The SB Athletes DISC Assessment helps athletes and coaches better understand the behavioral patterns that influence communication, motivation, decision-making, coachability, relationships, and responses to pressure.

DISC does not place people into a box or determine what they are capable of achieving. It provides a practical framework for understanding how an individual naturally approaches competition, training, feedback, conflict, teamwork, and challenging situations.

SB Athletes partners with Team8 Assessments and Bo Hanson, OLY, a four-time Olympian and three-time Olympic medalist whose work applies DISC and behavioral development within high-performance environments.

After completing the online assessment, participants receive a personalized DISC profile that provides insight into their:

• Natural behavioral and communication style
• Personal strengths and potential limiting behaviors
• Preferred approach to challenges and decision-making
• Response to pressure, conflict, and change
• Communication and feedback preferences
• Most productive training and performance environment
• Approach to relationships, teamwork, and leadership

Team8’s DISC profiles are designed to explain an individual’s personal style, strengths, limiting behaviors, communication preferences, and the environment in which they are most likely to perform effectively.

This is the assessment-only product. A private interpretation, coaching session, or team debrief is not included unless purchased separately.
